These terms govern your use of Czeckout from Awuta. By creating an account, signing in, or using Czeckout, you agree to these terms.
Using Czeckout
Czeckout helps you create and share pages for receiving money. You must use the service lawfully and follow any instructions shown when you use a feature.
Your account
Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the names, descriptions, images, files, and other content you add. You give Awuta permission to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to operate and improve Czeckout. Only add content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Czeckout for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, malware, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or another person’s account.
Payments
Payment services may be provided by third parties and may have additional terms. Any available fees, limits, verification requirements, refund rules, or payment restrictions will be shown when they apply.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Czeckout available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, replace, or stop features as the service develops.
Suspension and closing your account
You may stop using Czeckout and ask us to close your account. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Czeckout is provided as available, and Awuta is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Czeckout changes. We will update the date on this page and give appropriate notice when a change is material. Continuing to use Czeckout after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
